A Sky Pirate's Life for Me (L)

At 10 allowances a run, this leve's 3,612,420 EXP works out to 361,242 EXP per allowance, which places it 2nd of the 6 Lv 56 Carpenter tradecraft leves that record EXP. The best of them, Don't Ask Wyvern, returns 656,800 EXP for the same allowance, 82% more.

Across that rung the return runs from 53,496 EXP to 656,800 EXP per allowance — 6 distinct figures spanning 1128%, so the wrong pick leaves 603,304 EXP of the allowance unspent.

On whether to wait: the best Lv 58 Carpenter tradecraft leve returns 484,390 EXP per allowance, 26% less than the best on this rung, while the Lv 54 rung behind tops out at 473,220 EXP.

At Lv 56 this data holds 54 leves paying EXP across 2 categories: the 48 Tradecraft ones average 284,330 EXP per allowance, the 6 Fieldcraft ones 684,949 EXP, which puts this leve 27% above its own category's average.

Gil ranks it differently: 499 gil per allowance is 4th of 6 on the same rung against 2nd on EXP, with the best there paying 1,123 gil.

Hallowed Chestnut Composite Bow ×3 is a Lv 56 Carpenter recipe, 3 steps deep through 7 intermediates, costing 144 units of raw material and 186 crystals over 3 crafts.

Handing that in returns 25,086 EXP and 35 gil for every unit of raw material the order swallows, and the tree needs Alchemist, Carpenter, Goldsmith and Weaver.
