Reporting wrong data

This is the most useful thing you can send. Spawn times and node locations are community-sourced and do contain errors. To make a report actionable, include:

• the item or node name, or a link to its page
• what the site says, and what you observed in game
• your data center, if it relates to market prices

Before reporting a countdown as wrong, it is worth checking your device clock — every timer is computed from it, so a device running fast puts every window out by the same amount. The methodology page explains how the numbers are derived.

Bugs and requests

For a bug, say what you did, what happened, and what you expected — plus your browser or device. Feature requests are welcome; so is being told which part of the site is confusing.

Billing and subscriptions

Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are managed through your Apple ID, and refunds are handled by Apple. For anything purchased on the website, email the address above.

To ask what data is held about you or to request deletion, email the address above with the account email you signed up with. See the privacy policy for what is collected.
