Where to gather it — one spot, two windows

Rarefied Raw Azurite is gathered at a single spot in The Sea of Blades, which opens twice a day. Every window opens at 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eorzea Time.

Window length is assumed to be 3 Eorzean hours — the standard — because the dataset records an opening hour for mining and botany nodes but not a duration. One Eorzean hour is 175 real seconds, so that is about 9 real minutes per window.
