Southern Thanalan holds 39 fisher nodes, none of them time-restricted, so a single trip clears the lot. At level 32 this is higher than 12 of the other 38, which span levels 19 to 50. Nothing in the zone is on a timer, so the only constraint is the level 50 ceiling at the top of the range.
