Suiten Ippeki ★★★
Location
Yanxia holds 54 fisher nodes, 11 of them time-restricted and the other 43 available at any hour. At level 70 this is higher than 32 of the other 53, which span levels 63 to 80. This one is not among the 11 that are, so it needs no timing — the 43 untimed nodes here can be worked in any order.
Weather Forecast
Replaying the weather rotation for 365 real days from 1 January 2020 — 7,509 Eorzean days across 22,526 eight-bell weather periods — Suiten Ippeki opens 462 times, about 1.3 windows per real day. Every one of those windows runs 23 minutes 20 seconds, which leaves it catchable 2.05% of the time.
The median wait from one window closing to the next opening is 12 hours 3 minutes, and the mean 18 hours 34 minutes. The shortest gap in that simulation was 23 minutes 20 seconds; the worst drought ran 6 days 6 hours.
Ranked against every other fish in this dataset that carries a time or weather requirement, that is the 17th tightest of 348: 331 are catchable for more of the clock than Suiten Ippeki.
