Rarefied Mountain Flax is gathered at a single spot in Larh Tortoh, which opens twice a day. Every window opens at 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM Eorzea Time.

Window length is assumed to be 3 Eorzean hours — the standard — because the dataset records an opening hour for mining and botany nodes but not a duration. One Eorzean hour is 175 real seconds, so that is about 9 real minutes per window.
