Zonureskin Sandals of Casting

Taken all the way down to base materials, one Zonureskin Sandals of Casting is 4 crafting steps deep and needs 6 intermediates — Zonure Leather ×2, Grade 1 Intelligence Alkahest ×1, Ovim Wool ×1 and 3 others — which resolve to 9 distinct raw materials totaling 21 units, plus 48 crystals.

That bill outweighs 8,152 of the 13,602 recipes tracked here and 1,103 of the 1,844 Leatherworker ones, and 1 recipe nests deeper.

Only 13 of those crystals go into the final step; the other 35 are burned by the intermediates, so the real crystal cost is 21 Earth Crystal, 13 Water Crystal, 7 Lightning Crystal and 2 other kinds.

The chain crosses three disciplines — Leatherworker to Lv 76, Alchemist to Lv 76 and Weaver to Lv 76 — so no single class can finish it unaided.

6 of the 9 raw materials come out of the ground, and one of them is time-gated: Ala Mhigan Salt Crystal (0:00, 12:00). The widest gap between consecutive opening times is 12 Eorzean hours, about 35 real-world minutes.

Of the intermediates, Rubber has the widest use: 191 recipes call for it, spanning four of the eight crafting classes.
